MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Business/Hospitality/Game/Hotel Management or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Management Computer literate Great people skills and good with staff Housekeeping and maintenance Management Experience Good financial acumen Pro-active and results driven Valid drivers license DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Maintenance coordinating with suppliers Monthly budget planning liaise with the owner in Germany Human Resources Managing the staff (team of 7) General Administration Planning and delegating tasks to the team then following up Meter readings of water and electricity usage Stock control Construction experience there are still apartments to be completed and glamping tents Oversee the hospitality manager guest accommodation ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
