*About the Role*
As *Head Veterinary Nurse*, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and mentoring the nursing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive team dynamic, and maintaining high clinical standards. From coordinating schedules to conducting performance reviews and mentoring staff, your leadership will be key to the team’s success.
In addition to your management responsibilities, you will continue to be hands-on in the clinical side of the practice, engaging in tasks such as monitoring anaesthesia, performing consultations, and assisting with surgeries.

The salary for this position is up to £40,000
