Job description
As a Part-Time Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing the training of our door-to-door lead generation agents and telesales team. Your role will involve developing and facilitating training sessions that focus on effective sales techniques, lead generation strategies, customer engagement, and closing techniques. This is a hands-on role where you will help to coach our agents in real-world scenarios and monitor their progress to ensure they meet performance targets.
Multilingual communication (beneficial):
While proficiency in English is required for delivering training effectively, candidates who are proficient in Zulu, Xhosa, or Afrikaans will find it beneficial when communicating with agents from diverse backgrounds.
Team collaboration:
You’ll collaborate closely with team leaders and sales management to align training goals with business objectives. You'll work with the team to identify skill gaps and create development plans that address areas of improvement.
Data and training metrics:
You'll maintain records of all training activities, track agents' performance, and report on their progress. Data will be used to refine training programs and ensure they align with business needs and agent capabilities.
Personal attributes:
As a Part-Time Sales Trainer, you should be adaptable, organized, and able to handle multiple training sessions simultaneously. You must be confident in your ability to lead, coach, and inspire agents to meet and exceed targets. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams are key to success in this role.
Requirements for this role:
Proven experience in sales training, preferably in door-to-door sales or telesales.
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, or Afrikaans is beneficial.
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Ability to design and implement training programs.
Ability to monitor agent performance and provide actionable feedback.
Experience in sales and lead generation processes.
UPS and Fibre Internet are required.
Own work-from-home setup is essential.

This is a part-time, half-day role with flexible working hours. You will be compensated based on performance metrics, and there is room for commission based on successful team performance and sales outcomes. There will also be the opportunity for growth in terms of converting to a full time basis with a higher salary.
Requirements Requirements for this role: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Prior experience working with Zoho will be beneficial. UPS and Fibre Internet is required. Own work from home set up is essential.
