Are you passionate about providing accurate and timely payroll services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial? Our client, is seeking a Payroll Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base
- Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and benefits
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll policies
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll legislation and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
