FM Procurement Lead
NonStop's Client is looking for a Procurement Manager to join a Central Government Body. This opportunity will offer you stability through the current challenging market, as it is a 12 month Hybrid contract position.
This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting to work within the Nuclear Environment which is highly regulated.
The Role: Procurement professional who has project management skills as is part of a large transformation programme.
Initially supporting customer in development of "statement of need" for portfolio of FM services
Hard (engineering) & soft facilities management category specialism.
Public sector procurement experience as requirement to build tender suite of documents and recommend routes to market
Able to demonstrate an ability to support internal customers in development of statement of needs,
Undertake market engagement and building the RFP (tender suite).
Hard FM (engineering) specialism
Soft FM (cleaning, catering, security etc) specialism.
Essential : Contract Management,
Commercial Management,
Procurement,
Commercial Assurance,
Supplier Relationship Management,
Category Management, Stakeholder Management,
NEC experience (not in Construction)
Soft and Hard FM experience
An Active Clearance is required for this role.
