A Hospitality Aide provides services to ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after during their stay. Duties may include welcoming guests, taking bookings, preparing guest rooms, handling food and beverage service, answering queries and providing assistance with luggage.
Hospitality Aide Duties
Greet visitors and provide assistance as required
Answer telephone calls and respond to general enquiries
Provide information about the hospital and its services
Assist guests with their luggage and direct them to appropriate areas
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and conference facilities
Assist with catering services for meetings and events
Take payments and process bookings
Provide assistance with patient transfers and escorts
Hospitality Aide Requirements
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety and security protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to exercise good judgement in stressful situations
