Overview:
Our client, a global leader in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Financial and Manufacturing Directors. The successful candidate will handle all administrative matters promptly, effectively, and accurately, ensuring that tasks are managed by the appropriate individuals. This will allow the Executives to focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration
- Effectively and efficiently liaise with internal and external customers and consumers
- Diary Management
- Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences and annual events
- Make travel arrangements
- Data, reporting, and information Management
- Take and transcribe minutes of meetings
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Secretarial diploma would be advantageous
- Two years’ experience as an Executive Assistant at an Executive level
- 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant at Management Level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Valid Driver’s License
