Develop and manage pruning methodologies as a central strategy for optimal production volumes, yields, export pack outs, and revenue. Implement the right pruning approach and practices at the right time to achieve desired fruit sizes, improved fruit color, quality, and better rind quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field with a focus on Pruning Management
- At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record
- Strong understanding of agronomic principles with a specialized focus on pruning methodologies
- Experience in management and implementation of value-adding, effective pruning strategies and industry best practices
- High level of understanding of the purpose and timing of pruning Citrus
- Ability to identify and follow the right pruning approach and practices at the right time
