We have a global presence and Oceana is a black-owned company and a level 1 B-BBEE contributor. Oceana Group is looking for Administrator: Accounts Payable (12 Months Fixed Term Contract). This position is based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the FSSC inbox
- Ensuring that all tickets created on Fresh get assigned to the correct agent
- Assisting with reporting requirements related to our ticket volumes and categories
- Assisting in monitoring the ticket statuses and escalating exceptions from our SLA targets
- Reviewing incoming master data applications to ensure that they are complete and correct
- Handling all master data inputs and amendments
- Communicating any non-compliance with standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications and Experience: - Grade 12 and experience with Fresh Service system will be advantageous
- Experience within a Manufacturing/FMCG environment
- Financial Shared Services Centre experience advantageous
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: - SAP experience advantageous
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel to basic levels)
