Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Completed FAIS credits will be beneficial
- Regulatory Exam – (RE 5)
- Proven Sales Management track record
- Solid understanding of Sales systems and applicable processes.
- 3 - 5 Years’ Management experience in Sales Outbound
- Must have a proven track record of optimising sales
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to:
- Effective sales team management
- Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement of new recruits
- Coaching of Sales Managers: Sales skills, telephone etiquette and product knowledge and development changes.
- Active participation and involvement with regards to new development and changes.
- Effectively manage daily operations
- Motivation of the sales team
- Driving and achieving monthly sales targets
- Creating reports and submitting to General manager
- Conduct disciplinary hearings
- Maintain effective relationship with relevant stakeholders
