Professional Hunter:
- Lead and guide hunting expeditions, ensuring a safe and memorable experience for guests.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of local wildlife, hunting regulations, and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on hunting techniques, tracking, and shooting.
- Manage and maintain hunting equipment and gear.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and ethical hunting standards.
Lodge Manager:
- Oversee daily lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Coordinate and manage lodge staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism.
- Manage lodge budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of lodge facilities and adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hunting and lodge management, ideally within a similar setting.
- Professional hunting certification and deep knowledge of hunting practices and regulations.
