As a Business Development Manager , you will support the Head of Distribution by driving and delivering the company's growth strategy. This role involves building strong relationships with financial advisers and distribution channels, while ensuring sales targets are met. You will also bolster the company's value proposition across various LISP platforms and implement strategies to increase net flows.Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the company's purpose and growth strategy.
- Support sales teams to meet distribution targets.
- Strengthen the Investment Consulting proposition across platforms.
- Build the brand profile through innovative and traditional methods.
- Develop content and strategies to support financial advisers and improve transitions into portfolios.
- Organize events and campaigns to grow brand presence and assets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to facilitate asset transitions into solutions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Investments.
- CFP, CFA Level 1, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Distribution.
