Part-Time Admin with QuickBooks & Bookkeeping
Job Description :We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time admin to handle a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks for our USA-based client. The role will involve managing scheduling, billing, onboarding, emails, and taking notes. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial records, invoicing, reconciling accounts, and assisting with general bookkeeping. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be adept at advanced math, open to learning new things, and able to handle tasks with precision.
Responsibilities :
- Manage scheduling, billing, and onboarding processes
- Handle emails and maintain client communication
- Record notes and manage documents
- Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and maintain financial records
- Assist with other general administrative tasks as required
Requirements :
- 2+ years of QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Advanced math skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
- Must have a laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
- Ability to work remotely with USA-based clients (Availability from 3 PM SA time)
