Key Responsibilities:
Managing the sales ledger by processing invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Ensuring all transactions are accurately posted and reconciled.
Handling customer queries with a smile and a can-do attitude.
Collaborating with the credit control team to chase overdue accounts.
Preparing reports for management to ensure the smooth running of the department.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role (sales ledger, accounts receivable, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
Excellent communication skills - you'll be working with teams across the business!
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
