We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our Central Production Unit (CPU) at a high level of operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and organized Head Pastry Chef with a strong background in volume production, luxury cuisine, and high-end pastry techniques.
About the Role:
- As the Head Pastry Chef , you will oversee the production of a variety of premium pastries and desserts for multiple outlets.
- Manage and lead the pastry team in a high-volume, high-standard production environment.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all production, ensuring delivery of top-tier pastries that meet luxury standards.
- Innovate and develop new products, working closely with the executive team to meet client and business demands.
- Focus on efficiency and productivity while ensuring that creativity and attention to detail remain paramount.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a large-scale operation or Central Production Unit.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a large team and high volume of production.
- Expertise in producing luxury pastries, desserts, and baked goods at a high standard.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational needs, ensuring both innovation and efficiency.
- Experience working in fine dining or 5-star hotel environments preferred.
