Corporate Sales and Events Manager
Salary: £33K - £36K - Hospitality Experience Required
Location: Manchester
My client is a multi-site hospitality operator with venues across Manchester and Leeds. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Corporate Sales and Events Manager will lead corporate event efforts for our unique spaces in Manchester City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing booking platforms such as Design My Night, Tagvenue, Headbox, and others.
- Handling both inbound and outbound sales to ensure venue bookings year-round.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and décor.
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales within hospitality and events.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience planning and executing various events such as conferences, networking functions, and corporate gatherings.
- Self-motivated, high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
