Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required; an Honours Degree is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a HR Managerial role, with a strong track record of HR leadership.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to interpret and use HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Other: Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
