Uphold the lodge’s brand and operational standards to ensure it is recognized as a leading destination.
Ensure a consistently world-class guest experience.
Collaborate with the team to address and resolve operational challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact when the Lodge Manager is unavailable.
Assist with health and safety protocols, maintenance systems, and team-related issues.
Monitor, control, and record stock levels across departments.
Provide timely support and communication with other departments.
Manage central procurement, deliveries, and invoicing as needed.
Handle daily administration and hosting duties.
Soft Skills:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a large team effectively.
Excellent guest rapport and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated results-oriented approach with emotional intelligence.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in English.
Computer literate with technological savvy.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping skills (experience with Xero is advantageous).
Familiarity with reservation systems (experience with Travelyst is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an anchor or relief manager role, or as an assistant lodge manager.
Hospitality diploma or degree or similar academic qualification.
Essential: Valid driver’s license.
Onsite location:
6 days on, 2 days off.

Work Cycle: 6 on, 2 off
