Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager/Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our branch ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of service advisors and technicians
- Monitor service orders to ensure timely completion
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to maximize service department profitability
- Train staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service management role
- Strong cash handling skills
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle repairs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
