Minimum Qualification Required
• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology or related fields
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
Recruitment Support:
o Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
o Screen resumes and applications.
o Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
o Participate in initial interview rounds, if required.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
o Support the onboarding process by preparing employee welcome kits and gathering necessary paperwork.
o Ensure all new employee documentation is collected and accurately filed.
o Assist in exit interview preparation and documentation.
Employee Records Management:
o Help maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or databases.
o Organize and digitize physical employee files as needed.
o Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
HR Administration:
o Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering basic questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
o Help with the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
o Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
Compliance:
o Assist with ensuring that the company remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
o Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
Other Duties:
o Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
o Assist with any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
