We are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager to work within the Public Sector.
Location: Hybrid working - Glasgow
About the role: Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of People and Capability including, recruitment and onboarding, business support operations, staff development, and relevant processes are effectively and efficiently delivered.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven Workforce Planning Management background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies within Central Government and/or Defence Sector.
- Experience in successfully leading and delivering a range of people related initiatives within the Digital and Tech space.
- Experience in HR processing, building and developing growth, capability, and culture.
- Experience in business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
- CIPD Qualification (Desirable)
