Job Description
Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Manage and develop all sales activities of sales team across the Consumer Division
- Support and manage relationships with key customers and principals
- Manage sales pricing and margins effectively
- Work with Technical team to assist in product development initiatives and customer product support.
- Prepare sales budget annually as required.
- Drive Working platform
- Ensure Budget is met monthly and forecasting is accurate for 3 year view
- Manage 1-2 key Accounts
- Manage relationships between finance, warehouse, customer care and sales team
- Market information on pricing trends, availability and opportunities to be communicated weekly
- Mentor and coach sales team with respect to core values as well as Safety culture.
- Support Business Unit Manager
Qualifications
- Matric
- Marketing and/or Life Sciences/Chemical Engineering degree
Skills
- Minimum 5 years management role leading a team
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role leading a team.
- Good understanding of pricing structures and managing net working capital would be advantageous.
- Required to travel when required.
