Requirements

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Financial services and compliance background a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Lead B2B enterprise sales efforts, focusing on cold calling and prospecting potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with leadership to refine the sales process and align with company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Manage individual sales efforts, with plans to grow and lead a sales team.
- Travel for client meetings and events.
