Job Description
To review, evaluate and analyse user needs to document system requirements and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation of overall business objectives.
- Identify Business needs and opportunities for improvement and optimisation in a well organised, effective and planned manner.
- Assess, analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes to improve business efficiencies, customer/employee experience and remove inefficient processes to meet new requirements.
- Analyse data, workflows and business processes to inform business decisions and align development of solutions to be implemented to business problems.
- Indicate where processes can be improved or automated and facilitate implementation thereof.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements to deliver solutions to business problems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as and when required.
- Provide input to business cases and cost benefit analysis when required.
- Create process maps, user stories, requirement documentation.
- Test and evaluate solutions and confirm with stakeholders that business needs are met.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of prioritised and approved projects.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within business and/or across the FRG, within teams and functional/technical teams to enhance work delivery, collaboration, contribution, innovation and optimisation.
- Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
- Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
- Compile reports that track progress against committed and target dates.
- Guide business to make informed decisions during analysis interactions and throughout project implementation and operationalisation.
- Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field or equivalent diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team, collaborate and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Must be able to plan well and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional advantage will be experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Additional advantage in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA).
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
