Summary
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cape 126 Restaurant, Pool, and Bar area.
Key duties but not limited to:
- Responsible for outlets performance including personnel management, beverages, food, and other services.
- Monitor and ensure smooth running of customer service area and satisfaction.
- Manage staff, including hiring and training of new team members.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure outlets are well stocked, clean, and meet all safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with banqueting when required.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management.
- 2-3 years' experience as a team leader or outlet manager within the hospitality industry.
- Experience working on POS system MICROS.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities.
