As part of our Compensation & Benefits team in our People Services unit, we are looking for a new team colleague, who contributes to design a compelling Compensation & Benefits offer based on our business goals and strategy that matches our work and organizational culture.

You are the go-to-person for compensation and benefits topics (e.g., merit increase, job grading, bonus management, etc.) for Local HRs in Germany and keep an eye on the latest trends in the relative markets.

Furthermore, you support proper conducting of position market benchmarks to attract and keep talents.

You are also responsible for delivering data to external providers, developing market references lines, supporting the region in decision on reward packages as well as scouting of market trends.

Lastly, you provide services on insurable employee benefits like designing the insurance coverage up to the BASF framework and participating tendering process for related companies.

university degree in relevant fields e.g. business administration, economics or related field

experience in HR, ideally on compensation and benefits processes and/or payroll preferably in EMEA region

good knowledge on compensation principles up to different service providers such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, WTW etc.

fluent communication in German and English

Gross annual salary (full-time): 39.000 - 47.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
