Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and oversee Maintenance team.
- Ensure maximum machine availability through effective repairs & maintenance on all factory equipment.
- Ensure that all Job cards & scheduled maintenance are completed as per relevant checklists.
- Supervise effective utilization of machinery and report to line supervision and production management on non-conformances & deviations.
- Report requirements for critical spares & equipment to Engineering manager.
- New works and installations.
- Health and Safety.
- Contractor management.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Electrical/Millwright Trade (Red Seal)
- Refrigeration Qualification
Skills
- 2-3 years Foreman experience in the FMCG environment.
- Refrigeration/Ammonia plant experience
- Utilities and building maintenance experience.
- Understanding of CMMS.
- Understanding of food safety requirements and GMP.
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
