Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of formwork and scaffolding materials.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate the ordering and receipt of materials as needed.
Data Capturing:
Accurately enter inventory data into the management system.

Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including usage, returns, and adjustments.

Generate and maintain reports on inventory status and usage patterns.
Stock Organization:
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to facilitate easy access and minimize damage.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements.

Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling and storage.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and data capturing.

Assist in the development of best practices and training materials for team members.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field, preferably within the construction or scaffolding industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites.
Working Conditions:
The role may require working in both office and outdoor environments, with potential exposure to construction site conditions.
