We have an opportunity for a Tenant Engagement and Satisfaction Lead to join our Association.
The Tenant Engagement and Satisfaction Lead will be based at our offices in Birmingham.

Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of the role is to facilitate, coordinate and make activities accessible and engaging, to ensure that involvement is constructive, meaningful and in the best interest of all Tenants, Residents, Service Users and the Association.
You will play a vital part in ensuring that all of our Tenants, Residents and Service Users (TRS), many of whom are vulnerable and with complex needs, have an active part in guiding and shaping our services, both individually and as a group (Scrutiny Panel).
In achieving our mission of Restoring Hope and Dignity we want to ensure that our TRS are empowered to live independent and fulfilling lives and that we are led by our values of integrity and fairness, striving for excellence and valuing the individual.
Our co-production activities have already been recognised in national awards (Homeless Link) and you will further identify, develop and incorporate best practice within co-production, involvement and engagement.
The role will ensure Adullam meets the required consumer standards and future consumer measurables of our performance across all aspects of work. You will play a lead role in the success of reporting and monitoring our Co-production, Involvement & Engagement Strategy and delivery action plan.
This strategic role will lead on reporting regionally/nationally to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Operations Committee on feedback received from our TRS, through the relevant strategy and via the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators.
