Admin with QuickBooks
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to work remotely for a USA-based company. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in QuickBooks, documentation, compliance, and research, with the ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QuickBooks reconciliation tasks.
- Handle paperwork, documentation, and some compliance duties.
- Conduct research on various topics.
- Use Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively via email and other channels.
- Solve problems independently and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must have your own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance processes is a plus.
Working Hours:
- 3pm -11pm South Africa time (Half hours overlap with US working hours).
- 40 hours per week.
