Description: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable sous chef to join our team on an as-needed basis, working with one of our prestigious clients, based in NG5. Our client operates in a diverse environment, providing unique culinary challenges and opportunities to showcase your expertise. The client is offering 7:00am - 15:00pm day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to specific requirements and high standards.
Always maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Adapt to different kitchen environments and client needs with ease.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Chef.
Highly flexible and adaptable to various kitchen settings.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
