We are seeking a skilled ProClaim Developer and IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic Software and IT team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of the ProClaim Case Management System (CMS), while also working on diverse projects involving Power BI, .Net, and NodeJS. This role require travel to St Helens occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support the ProClaim CMS and server environment.
- Demonstrate excellent coding skills and adhere to agreed objectives.
- Identify and implement new techniques and tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Provide solution design documentation and ensure alignment with standards.
- Collaborate with team leaders, management, and users to capture and implement requirements.
- Create documented functional requirements based on business specifications.
- Offer support through the IT Service Desk and assist end users with ProClaim and related systems.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing and peer code reviews.
- Implement software updates efficiently and without errors.
Personal Specification:
- Proficient in ProClaim Development, including:
- Maths Coding, Screen Design & Field Creation
- Reports & Advanced Reports
- Auto Routines & SQL
- Workflow & Database Maintenance
- Proclaim web\REST services (some knowledge)
- Experience in designing workflows and interpreting design requests.
- Ability to integrate the case management system with external applications.
- Skilled in creating custom reports and maintaining systems in Proclaim and accounts.
- Competent in documentation and training using Word & Visio.
