Configuration Ensure timely initiation and management of Workforce Planning cycles across ZEISS Group

Provision, configure and manage systems to meet evolving business needs Set up new users, supervisory organizations, versions and active directory administration

Assist in short-term and long-term workforce plans aligned with organizational goals, including demand forecasting and scenario planning.
Performance monitoring

Monitor system health by key metrics to ensure that it runs smoothly, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.

Reporting & Insights

Build and customize regular and ad-hoc workforce planning scenarios, models, and dashboards per request

2+ years of building and configuring Data models in Workday

Adaptive Planning Sound understanding the principles of data collection, data processing, and data management is important.

The ability to interpret charts, reports, and visualisations

Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, human resources, business administration, or a related field

Advanced proficiency in database management and security

Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities are essential.

Fluency in English is must, proficiency in German would be a plus
