Were Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Has experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting
- Has overseen the operations of a centre
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Can manage financial budgets effectively
- Leads and supports a diverse team of staff and volunteers
- Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour
- Is committed to continuous professional development
- Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols
- Maintain and improve the quality of the therapeutic recovery programme
- Oversee a range of therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
- Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports
- Manage the performance and development of staff and volunteers
- Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, including health & safety and facilities management
