The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Own the lead generation for business and deliver Quality Leads.
- Come up with creative ideas in collaboration with the Creative team and implement.
- Master the landing Page optimization using tools like unbounce.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends and insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in an edtech company.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
