The company is well established and is based in Blackburn. Your new role Being the first point of contact for all customers and making an exceptional first impression. Show visitors around the Care Home in a friendly manner. Ensuring documentation is maintained and kept up to date, ensuring excellent attention to detail. Book and amend appointments. Quickly responding to email queries. Answering inbound calls and dealing with queries where possible. Also, forwarding calls to the relevant department. Managing the diary and availability for meeting rooms. Complete all administration, including producing letters, filing, scanning and more. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within Customer Service, Administration or Reception. A friendly and welcoming manner. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to help out in any area, as and when required. Proficient with IT, Microsoft Packages and inhouse systems. What you'll get in return £24,250 per annum. Role based in Blackburn. 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Company pension. Offices are closed throughout the Christmas period. Healthcare and financial advice.
