Your new role As an Administrator, you will be working full-time and your duties will include. Data entry Inputting invoices Managing emails Supporting the accounts department with various admin tasks. Answering phone calls Scheduling deliveries Managing Excel databases. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable experience within an operational administrative role Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customers over the phone and confidence in Microsoft Office. A key eye for detail as you will be doing data entries and someone who is hardworking. Ability to collaborate effectively across all functions and locations and at all levels What you'll get in return This role offers a generous basic salary of £23,000 to £25,000 and generous holidays. The salary is negotiable based on your experience. Due to the nature of this role, this will be fully based in the office.
