Permanent - Sales Coordinator / Administrator - Full-Time - Office Based - Warrington Your new company My client, a leading organisation within the logistics and freight industry, is seeking a professional Sales Coordinator / Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Specialising in all manner of logistics, including road, sea and air freight with a worldwide client base. They pride themselves on the organisational brand and the service they provide to their client base. Your new role The position is being offered full-time Monday to Friday with working hours from 09.00am until 17.00pm. This is a fully office-based position. The main purpose of the role is to assist the sales team and help them reach their targets. You will support the external sales team, whilst becoming a point of contact for key customers and stakeholders alike. Some of your duties will include but not limited to Keep databases and customer records up to date. Performing basic customer service functions for clients, like answering questions or responding to queries through communication with the Ops team. Support the external sales team. Make first contact on sales leads received from partners. Identify new sales leads. Obtain appointments and visits of clients for external sales staff. What you'll need to succeed Come from a proven history within freight administration, ideally road.
