We help people to connect with what is meaningful to them and provide therapeutic, trauma-informed support. A day in this role looks like….As a Service Manager at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Enfield Mental Health Integrated Voluntary & Community Sector (VCS) Service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Operational functioning and target performance of the Enfield Integrated VCS Team based at Enfield Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)Management of Team Manager of five integrated Hestia's Community Engagement and Peer Support teams (10 staff)To lead the running and strategic development of the service under the direction of the Area Manager and Director of Complex NeedsTo achieve the agreed standards of service delivery in line with clients' needs and aspirations as well as compliance with relevant legislation, external governance, contract requirements and Hestia/BEHMHT policies and proceduresWith the Area Manager, to develop joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for the Enfield VCS ServiceWhy Hestia?Joining Hestia means more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger.
