Due to continued and sustained expansion of our Building Surveying discipline, we are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor in our London office. This role will see you delivering exciting projects across a range of sectors to include heritage, education, healthcare, commercial, central government, defense and retail. You can expect to join a vibrant team and inclusive office, delivering a varied range of building surveying commissions. This includes but not limited to, building and acquisition surveys, measured building surveys, facet surveys, condition surveys and lifecycle maintenance planning. Our aim is to ensure our clients meet their sustainability goals and plan for the future. We do this by providing practical advice based on a thorough understanding of existing building constraints and opportunities.As Senior Building Surveyor you will plan and manage project resources, prepare, and oversee designs / reports, and have day-to-day control of internal costs and fee invoices. You will have the opportunity to be able to mentor more junior staff, providing support with their technical development.
