PE Global is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator for our multinational industrial manufacturing client based in Desford. The role is on-site and an initial 6-month contract. Responsibilities of the role:Manage and supervise the TORQUE team.Conduct audits and develop solutions to current manufacturing issues.Allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.Utilise Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, for project management.Ensure adherence to Six Sigma quality standards.Plan and manage labour resources efficiently.Oversee insourcing vs. outsourcing decisions and processes.Requirements of the role: Relevant degrees or certifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.Background in Manufacturing Engineering.Project management experience.Experience in labour planning.Resource planning – people resources.Insourcing vs. outsourcing knowledge and experience.Knowledge of Six Sigma quality standards.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Please note we cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have a valid visa to live and work within the UK for at least the next 12 months.
