About the Company As a Technical Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the client site. You will manage a team of engineers plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained, service levels are in line with the contractual KPI's and overseeing supplier / labour costs to ensure financial targets are achieved. Build a strong working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. Compile accurate management information/reporting as required and submit in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders. Play a key role to support any site audits, including but not limited to, quality, health and safety, environmental and finance.About the Role The successful Technical leader will have strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems, and Project experience would also be desirable but not essential. Be able to demonstrate a proven track record managing multi-disciplined teams including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals, and performance management.
