SOS Oxygène is looking for a Finance Manager for its subsidiary S-MED LTD, to join our team and oversee all financial activities of the company. This key role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills. This role involves overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing key financial insights.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee all financial operations, covering billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll management, and tax compliance,· Manage cash flow, including forecasting and collections, while ensuring effective treasury management, · Lead process enhancements and implement strong financial controls throughout all operations, · Provide monthly financial reports and analyses, delivering insights to the Leadership team, · Ensure adherence to UK regulatory obligations, including VAT returns and annual filings, · Work with external advisors and auditors on year-end financial statements, · Ensure the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business cases for new initiatives, offering financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Job Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.· Proven experience in financial management, including billing, payroll, tax compliance, and cash flow management.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful financial reports and analyses.· Experience in implementing financial controls and process improvements.· Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and compliance, including VAT and annual filings.· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Leadership teams and external auditors.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
