Our client operates within the manufacturing sector and is looking for a dedicated professional to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across their operations.The HSE Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes:Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environmentRelevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Certificate, IOSH, or equivalent in Health & Safety ManagementStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct risk assessments and accident investigationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety reporting toolsThe HSE Coordinator role will involve:Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policiesConducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsIdentifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actionsInvestigating accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and reporting findingsDeveloping and delivering HSE training programs for staffCollaborating with management to implement health and safety initiativesMaintaining HSE records and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholdersPromoting a positive safety culture across the organizationIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, including your availability and salary expectations.
