They provide solutions such as concrete admixtures, waterproofing, and adhesives. Operating in over 100 countries, they support diverse projects from large infrastructure to residential construction, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Ensure products meet quality standards and certifications. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Support the Quality Manager in day-to-day operations. Promote a culture of quality across the business. Key Requirements: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or relevant industry experience. 2+ years in quality control/testing, ideally in materials, construction, or lab environments. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability. Ambition to advance to a Quality Management role. What We Offer: Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (based on experience). Career progression with detailed training and support. Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), rising to 28 with service. Up to 10% company pension contribution.
