I have been exclusively retained on a role with a multinational business based in Sheffield. The role reports directly into the Group Financial Controller and will be responsible for the overall liquidity and cash management of the group. This will include:Manage both the Group’s short and long-term cash requirements including decisions on investmentsMonitor and further automate treasury reporting and cash flow forecasting accuracyManage the daily cash position across all the Group’s operating accounts, ensuring an optimal level of bank accounts and use of online technologyMaintain the group cash pooling / cross border sweep setups and maximise liquidity structuresManage and execute both domestic and cross-border intercompany loans, maintain loan documentation and ensure appropriate interest rates in placeSupport refinancing projects when applicableManage the process for compliance reporting and provision of management information to debt providers and rating agencies, including a detailed understanding of the key terms and baskets under our facilitiesManage and oversee the facility draw downs and repayment when necessaryDevelop and improve group wide strategies, processes, systems usage and policies to identify and deliver process improvements and efficiencies across treasury workstreams which add value, improve visibility and reduce riskIn order to be considered, you must ideally have:5+ years in a Treasury functionExperience in liquidity and cash management within a Treasury function, having demonstrated ownership in this space previouslyStrong communication skills and be able to interact proactively with business units and the wider finance teamDesire to make a positive impact and drive change
