Duties in the role to include :Business partnering with non-finance stakeholdersPreparation and monitoring of monthly budget monitoring reportsProvide financial advice, produce financial and management reportsCompletion of grant claims and statistical returnsProviding financial advice and support in addition to owning ad-hoc projectsAuthorise reports for financial implicationsOpportunity to take ownership of the revenue accounting aspects of the finance team Qualifications Prior experience of Housing Revenue, ideally gained in a local government or housing provider organisation. Ideally fully CCAB qualified, applications also welcomed from qualified by experience candidates, with housing revenue experience. There is a good element of business partnering in this role, so suitable applicants will enjoy building internal relationships, with non-finance staff and leadership teams.Pay range and compensation package Salary band £42-48k. Excellent additional benefits with a good holiday entitlement and pension contribution on top of salary. High element of home working available, expectation of approx 2 to 4 days a month in office, once established in role.
