AVP Project Manager – Agile Change Management | Northampton | Up to £75,000 + 10% BonusWe are seeking an experienced AVP Project Manager to lead agile change management initiatives within a prestigious financial institution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the project level, setting up and managing agile teams to drive impactful change.Key Responsibilities:Set up agile feature teams across complex projects and programmes.Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, scrum of scrums, sprint demos, and retrospectives.Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and Solution Architects (SAs) to establish processes for backlog creation and ongoing management.Guide and coach team members in agile practices, motivating teams to increase productivity.Develop and implement agile delivery metrics to monitor progress, identify blockers, and ensure accurate representation of sprint status.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Operations, and Technology to foster buy-in and understand the impacts of change.Prepare business and technology teams for change through comprehensive planning and forecasting of the effort required.Influence and network effectively, using your knowledge and experience to shape opinions and actions within the organization.
