Our brands have a rich heritage spanning over 75 years and we remain committed to delivering the highest quality and innovation with every bite!About the role:Reporting to the Marketing Director, as the Senior Brand Manager you will own and deliver the strategy and annual marketing plan to grow the much-loved Golden Wonder brand. At the helm of our biggest brand, you will be responsible for the next phase of this iconic brand’s story as the business invests to drive growth.Collaborating with Sales, NPD and Operations you’ll lead the full marketing mix whilst comfortably balancing creative and commercial priorities. Harnessing external agencies you will turn strategy into action to drive profitable growth. Here you will enjoy the freedom of being able to engage widely across the business at all levels, and be the driving force behind the continued success of a household name.What you’ll be doing:Develop a product range plan covering the full spectrum of NPD from innovation to EPD and deliver it through strong project management and leadership of cross-functional teamsWith agency partners, develop compelling creative platforms and deliver these through impactful campaigns across both consumer and trade media to deliver strong ROILeading brand activation across consumer platforms (e.g. social & digital) and trade channels/media (e.g. POS, trade adverts, digital)Champion the brand across the business - engaging colleagues at all levels from front-line to the Board to drive continuous improvement and growthA little bit about you:Either an experienced Brand Manager ready to step up and own the full marketing mix for this iconic British brand, or a current SBM looking for the freedom to make a difference in a fast-paced, privately owned business. Experience in the Food and Drink sector is essential.Excellent project manager with experience of leading cross-functional project teamsA driven, self-starter able to influence at all levels to generate enthusiasm, manage challenge and drive action. Relishes the opportunity to engage colleagues across the business to drive brand growth.Strong commercial outlook.
