Role Overview:Jarrang is looking for a dedicated Email Operations Executive to join our Client Services team, on a hybrid working model with three days from our Cornwall office.If you’re a detail-oriented individual with a knack for project management and client communication, we want to hear from you!Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a marketing agency environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Working in the Client Services Team, and working alongside the Design & Development Team, this role is a pivotal part of our service delivery strategy.Accountable for: Project Management Quality Control Campaign Deployment Reporting & Analysis Proactive Monitoring TasksKey Responsibilities:Project Management:Brief and manage effective email marketing campaigns based on client requirementsCoordinate project production within specified timeframes and budgets while maintaining quality standardsProofread email campaigns to ensure accuracy and qualityTrack time and be accountable for completing tasks on scheduleClient Communication:Build and maintain effective client relationshipsProvide support and guidance to clientsWorking within the Client Services team to develop tailored email marketing solutions based on client needsTeam Collaboration:Work alongside the Email Designers & Developers to deliver high-quality campaignsParticipate in team meetings and client planning sessionsSupport the wider Client Services team as neededRequirement and Skills - Ideal Candidate:Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency settingExperience with email marketing platforms and toolsKnowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trendsExcellent attention to detailProven project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.Ability to remain composed and organised under pressureProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data managementInterest in customer service, data analysis, and problem-solvingStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, whilst working to deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCopywriting or proofreading experienceWorking knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker StudioWhile a degree is desirable, we prioritise proven experience in the selection processWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (£24k - £26k) - negotiable based on experience.Target related bonus - negotiable based on experience25 days’ holiday, plus additional days based on tenure (plus public holidays)Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection insuranceOpportunity to collaborate with National and International brandsWork with a team of creative, experienced and driven professionalsOpportunities for personal and professional developmentHybrid working model with three days in the office (Falmouth, UK)If you are an ambitious professional with a passion for doing a great job and a desire to make a significant impact in the world of email marketing, we would love to hear from you.Deadline for Applications: 30th September 2024Jarrang is an equal opportunity employer.
